Thad and Shannon Condon Thad comes from a family of tradesmen all committed to excellence. He had 13 years of experience plumbing before getting his contractor’s license in 1995. His lifetime dream was to build a family business for generations to come based on the principles of integrity, quality, and fairness.
Shannon supported Thad’s dream by teaching mathematics at both the middle and community college levels during the first few years. Many of her colleagues were TLC’s first clients. Once they started a family, Shannon retired from teaching and put her math skills to work by keeping the books for the expanding business.
Thad and Shannon are committed to community involvement and serve in various ministries at both Skyline Church and Set Free San Diego. Through TLC, they have been able to donate plumbing materials and services to help those in need maintain their homes. They have generously contributed to relief efforts for fire, hurricane and tsunami victims. The entire family participates each year in the Thanksgiving Day Run to raise support for St. Vincent de Paul Villages.
From its humble beginnings in a garage to a truly "family owned and operated" corporation, TLC Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning has become a successful and respected business in San Diego. This is due to the core values upon which Thad and Shannon founded their company and continue to operate it.
